SHIPPING
All orders placed Monday to Saturday before 11am CST are shipped out same day, unless specified on our website. Orders placed after 11am CST will ship out next business day. Once your order is packed and sent to the carrier, you will receive tracking via email.
RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns at this time. QLC is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If you have an issue with an order, or haven't received your order, please contact [email protected]. We are more than happy to help with any problems you may have concerning an order.
